Call Centre Training  View this overview of our call centre training program.  Kelly offers free-of-charge training programs to our temporary employees designed to improve their skills and advance their careers. We also encourage continuing education and supplemental training for employees throughout their careers with Kelly. You can be trained on popular software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in addition to database, e-mail, and web browser concepts. Training for specific call centre environments such as customer service, sales, and collections is also available.
